Outpatient Program

Divine Hope's philosophy is based on a Person Centered, 12 Step, Minnesota Model approach to substance abuse education on building women and men's self-esteem, dignity, respect and skills for living a sober and fulfilling lifestyle.  The program will present substance abuse education in an empathetic, cultural and diverse approach to women and men ages 18 and older. Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC) will provide one on one counseling, group therapy, family therapy, lectures, and positive coping skills to deal with life physically, emotionally and spiritually.

 


Outreach Elderly 
Dual Diagnosis Program

Divine Hope's Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors will provide individual chemical dependency based therapy for senior citizens in their home and/or senior living sites.  This will include on site education, group and/or one on one counseling for elderly clients answering questions about their medications and their effects.  The program offers positive coping skills to help deal with personal life changes without mood altering chemicals.
