Gender Specific Treatment

Adult sessions are gender specific and care is given in limiting male and female contact.

Group sessions are 2-4 hours in length and clients will be coming in going at about the same time. Adolescent group is co-ed and are restricted to the group room with no access to the street except upon entrance and exit of the group session.  Additional education and community integration assistance will occur upon individual need.  Groups may contain both males and females who are adults during family therapy or lectures; with the option of exclusive gender group upon individual need. 

When evening programs are necessary to meet client needs every effort will be made to assure patient safety during leaving, including accompaniment to their vehicle or the public street.
